Experience in/Requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features
• Collaborate with the internal development team to ensure functionality and security
• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
• Bug fixing, refactoring, and performance tuning
• Adopt Change Management
• Discover, evaluate, and implement new tools and technologies to maximize development efficiency and better user experience
• Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
• Implement UI/UX designs and ideas based on requirements
• Experience in developing native Android app
• Solid foundation on OOP, algorithm, data structure and various design pattern
• Proven knowledge on android frameworks
• Design and develop complex and dynamic UI
• Clear concept on background service, multi-threading, push notification and network operation
• Proven expertise on REST API, JSON and XML
• Familiar with SQLite and locale database
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
• Must-Know Material Design
• Version controlling through Git
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team required
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2-3 Year’s experience with Android Application Developer (Java) required

– Working method: On-site / Remote
– Working hour: 10 AM – 6 PM (1-hour lunch break)
– Workdays: 6 days/week (Saturday-Thursday)
– Salary: Monthly up to 60,000/-
– Half-yearly performance review and salary increment
– Experience with android app development for marketplaces such as Play Store, etc. will give preference
– Willing to work a minimum of one(1) year with us
– On-site Location: Zindabazar, Sylhet
– Remote (Anywhere from Bangladesh)
